~We understand that things come up, so in the event that you need to cancel your appointment, please do so within a reasonable timeframe. We ask for at least 24 hours in advance. ~Failure to cancel an appointment 24 hours in advance or no call/no show are subject to a cancellation fee of 30%. You will not be able to schedule another appointment until this fee is paid. ~We allow a 10 minute grace period, after 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled. ~All deposits are non refundable and DO NOT contribute to the total cost of your appointment. ~ Appointment Payment Policy Due to an increase in recent scamming and fraudulent booking activity, ALL CLIENTS ARE REQUIRED TO PAY 25% OF THEIR FINAL SERVICE TOTAL BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT BEGINS. Appointments WILL NOT START until this payment is received. This policy is necessary to protect my business from non-payment and scam-related losses. We NO LONGER accept Cash App. ~We have the right to refuse service to any client who displays violent or disrespectful actions. We will also deny services to a client if we believe that expectations can not be reached or negotiated. ~When booking a chemical service, please specify what you want prior to your arrival because chemical changes can not be made after you arrive. ~ each hair service provided includes a wash. You do not need to add on a wash unless stated otherwise in the description. ~We love our clientele and your children, but as a safety precaution, WE NO LONGER ALLOW CHILDREN in the salon unless they are being serviced. We also ask that NO EXTRA GUEST are brought to your appointment unless being serviced. While our main goal is to keep the salon a safe environment, we hope that the duration of your appointment allows you to have some much needed “me” time. ~ For both mine and your safety, the address will be provided 12-24 hours before your appointment, as well as a reminder. ~Photographs and videos will be taken for the use of social media and client portfolios.
